Cap on Damages. Liability of Queen Bee's Interior Design arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Queen Bee's Interior Design from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
